1. About ITJobNotify
ITJobNotify is a job board platform that connects IT professionals with employers. Employers can post job listings, and job seekers can browse and apply for positions.
We are NOT:
- A recruitment agency
- An employer or staffing firm
- A job placement service
- Responsible for hiring decisions
We do NOT make hiring decisions or guarantee employment outcomes.
2. Use of Our Site
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

- Apply for jobs

3. Job Listings
3.1 Source of Information
Job listings on our Site are:
- Posted directly by employers through our employer dashboard
- Curated by our team from official company career pages (with attribution)
- Verified and approved by our moderation team before publication
3.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we do NOT guarantee:
- Accuracy of job descriptions, requirements, or compensation details
- Availability of listed positions at the time of application
- Authenticity of all job postings (though we moderate and verify)
- Timeliness of information (jobs may be filled or closed)
- Completeness of job details provided by employers
3.3 Job Application Process
When you apply for a job:
- You may be redirected to the employer's official application page or ATS
- You will be subject to the employer's terms, privacy policy, and application process
- We may facilitate the connection but do NOT process your application materials
- We are NOT responsible for the employer's hiring practices, decisions, or communication
3.4 Employer Responsibility
Employers posting jobs on our platform are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy and legality of their job postings
- Compliance with employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
- Their hiring processes, interviews, and employment decisions
- Handling applicant data in accordance with privacy laws
- Timely updates when jobs are filled or no longer available
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration
To post jobs (employers) or save job searches (job seekers), you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4.2 Account Termination

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, design, code, blog posts, career advice) is owned by ITJobNotify, Pinaki Nandan Hota, or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- Employers are legitimate or will honor their job postings
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITJOBNOTIFY AND PINAKI NANDAN HOTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site
- Reliance on information, job listings, or content provided on the Site
- Employment outcomes, job application results, or hiring decisions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Site in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is zero for free users).

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for resolution of any disputes.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ITJobNotify regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
20. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
