Lead Automation Test Engineer

**What’s important to us:** We are looking for a skilled Lead Automation Test Engineer with a solid background in software testing and at least 4 years of hands\-on automation experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in test automation frameworks, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, positive attitude. Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure high\-quality releases. Execute automated and manual tests to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Perform root cause analysis on failed tests and report defects with detailed logs and evidence.
