Position Overview: This person will be a member of the Escalation team, researching complex issues for a leading medical software company. The role investigates issues by analyzing problems and exploring the baseline program to determine the root cause, leading to resolution. It will encompass both the system environment and the software application, in which the person will need to have advanced knowledge of the application and the environment in which it can be deployed to facilitate advanced troubleshooting and solution delivery.
