We are looking to hire a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to our team at our Cityline facility in Richardson, Texas. **What You Will Do** * Serve as System/Software Quality/Process Assurance Lead on a multidisciplinary Product Development Team * Review Program Plans to ensure process compliance to contractual, industry, and internal standards * Perform Audits and Reviews to ensure compliance to Program Plans * Apply critical thinking in the review of documentation for compliance to regulatory, contractual, and industry standards * Participate in internal, customer, and government regulatory reviews as applicable * Participate in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and process improvement activities * Identify correction actions based on non\-compliance adherence and support the implementation of improvement activities * Mentor and train junior Software Quality/Process Assurance engineers * Participate in product verification and validation activities **Qualifications You Must Have** * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience * **Active** and **transferable** U.S. government issued **Top Secret Security Clearance** is required **prior to start date**.
