Executive Manager Cloud Operation and SRE

Overview: Lead and oversee Azure cloud operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Drive automation initiatives, enforce governance, and implement SRE practices to achieve operational excellence. Act as a strategic partner to architecture and engineering teams while managing a high\-performing operations team. Responsibilities: * Define and execute cloud operations strategy aligned with business objectives. * Establish operational KPIs, SLIs/SLOs, and drive continuous improvement. * Oversee Azure infrastructure lifecycle: provisioning, monitoring, optimization. * Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards. * Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation\-first culture. * Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments. * Build and mentor a global operations team; foster SRE and DevOps mindset. * Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence. * Partner with architecture, security, and application teams for seamless operations. * Represent cloud operations in executive reviews and governance boards.
