Lead Software Engineer (Mobile Native)

### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead the mobile development, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support * Define and implement best practices for mobile and Windows applications development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard. * Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch. * Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals. * Ensure seamless integration of mini\-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem. * Work closely with global cross\-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers. * Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives. * Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams. * Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on\-time delivery of high\-quality applications. ### **QUALIFICATIONS \& SKILLS** * 6\+ years of experience in mobile / windows application development with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms. * Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile / Windows applications from concept to launch. * Experience leading and mentoring de...
