About the Role **Overview:** The Delivery Lead role is central to the running of a squad combining deep technical expertise and delivery leadership within a tower/squad that uses a Hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery model. This role is responsible for the operational success and continuous improvement of a squad by setting them up for success in prioritising, planning and executing on complex transformation initiatives using Scrum or Kanban framework They enable the squad through removing any impediments while facilitating transparency of all the work, progress of sprint goals and capacity to interested stakeholders as well as to the squad themselves.
