Senior MERN Full Stack Developer

We’re hiring a *Full Stack MERN Developer* with strong *expertise* in Node.js, Express, and MySQL along with solid working and deep\-level knowledge of NextJS/ReactJS. The ideal candidate can independently handle modules, communicate with clients, and deliver high\-quality, scalable code. **Responsibilities \& Requirements:** * Minimum *4 years* of experience in MERN stack (MySQL, Express, NextJS/React, Node). * Strong backend skills – REST APIs, integrations, and complex logic handling. * Solid understanding of *React.js* for frontend integration. * Proficient in *JavaScript (ES6\+)* and async programming. * Experienced in *auth \& security* (JWT, OAuth, encryption best practices). * Capable of *owning modules* and delivering with minimal supervision. * Excellent *communication skills* – confident in handling client calls. * Familiar with *Git*, *cloud deployments* (AWS, Docker, PM2\), and testing tools. * Deep knowledge of *MySQL* – schema design, joins, queries, optimization. * *MongoDB* experience is a plus.
