Strong skills in the mentioned tech stack will be highly valued. **Senior Security Consultant** **Location: West Chester, OH (Hybrid or Remote)** **Salary based on experience $90,000\-$130,000 annually** The Senior Security Consultant (SR) leads projects of varying size and complexity with minimal oversight, providing both strategic guidance and hands\-on technical expertise. This role designs and implements solutions that align technology capabilities with client business outcomes, ensuring value realization and long\-term success. The Senior Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to clients, mentors team members, and contributes to identifying new opportunities within existing engagements **Key Responsibilities** Solution Design \& Delivery * Lead projects of any size with minimal supervision. * Design and plan migrations and technical solutions aligned with business goals. * Explain, justify, and document design decisions and their business impact. * Implement solutions based on documented architecture and requirements. * Maintain strong understanding of licensing requirements tied to solution features. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Client Engagement \& Advisory * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations in their best interest. * Understand client business objectives and align technical solutions accordingly. * Communicate proactively with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment. * Transfer knowledge to customers as part of service delivery. * Identify additional opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with senior team members to pursue them. Project \& Operational Excellence * Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. * Assist with project scoping, planning, and scheduling. * Maintain project documentation and timelines. * Track progress and adjust plans as needed to meet delivery commitments.
